Information for participants
This page contains all the info we think you'll need leading up to the workshop, including important information about your accommodations.
Lodging
Your room at the Hotel Trinity Innsuites (right) will be ready by 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 26. If you arrive earlier and your room is ready, you can go ahead and check in. Your private room will be reserved in your name as soon as we receive your reservation form. The hotel is at 2000 Beach Street, just off of Interstate 30 in east Fort Worth. Road. You will be asked for a credit card when you arrive, but that is just for incidentals. The room and tax are paid for by the workshop. Local calls are free, but you must pay for long-distance calls.
Meals
The hotel has a free breakfast; we will provide other meals for the entire group during your workshop.
Conference Schedule
Whenever you arrive, plan on being in the lobby by 6 p.m. to leave for dinner. There’s no check-in with the workshop when you arrive; just get your room and relax – you won’t have much time for that once we start.
For those attending the advertising workshop, your day on Thursday will begin at 8:30 when you leave the hotel and won’t end until 10:30 that night. Friday begins at 8:30 also, and you’re back at the hotel by 12:45 p.m.
For those attending the social media workshop, your day also begins at 8:30 but you will be done by 5 p.m. on Thursday.
Attire
Everything’s informal. You’ll never need anything dressier than a pair of jeans. If you bring a tie, you’ll have absolutely no use for it, guys. This is, after all, Foat Wuth.
